Figs Ficus carica

 

Atreano

A must for any collector, Atreano is a robust, fast growing fig that produces tasty clusters of light green figs with a sweet, pink interior.

 

 

 

Brown Turkey

Old-fashioned fig that's the standard most folks grew up eating. Large purplish-brown fruit with a strawberry-pink center.

 

 

 

Blanquette

A productive and rustic fig variety. Fruit is small and green with very sweet flesh. Very firm and highly recommended for drying.

 

 

 

Desert King

A sweet and delicious fig either fresh or dried. Fruit is large with deep green skin that is delicately spotted white. Juicy pulp is strawberry red.

 

 

 

Fall Gold

Pear shaped fruits that are small to medium sized. Colored a golden-brown with pulp the color of amber. Sweet and delicate flavor.

 

 

 

Green Ischia

Beautiful fruits are light yellowish green. Inside a halo of white meat with a light strawberry center. A good drying variety with  a high sugar content and excellent flavor.

 

 

 

Vista

An excellent all-purpose fig. Blackish=purple fruits with a strawberry-red pulp and fine flavor.

 

 

 

White Adriatic

A medium green to greenish-yellow fig that is shaped like a top. Inside the flesh is strawberry red with very good flavor.

 

 

 

White Genoa

An excellent old variety and well known. An excellent fig!  Good size fruits with a greenish, yellow skin. Flesh is a pinkish red.
